Great experience with Bolt Electric this morning. Wendy got us scheduled right away and kept in communication with us until our tech arrived. Ronnie, our tech, was friendly, upfront, honest, and got our project done quickly with a more than reasonable price while also making sure we understood everything he was doing. I could not have been more happy with the experience. As a new home owner trying to figure out which companies to trust when help is needed I am so thankful that Bolt Electric is who I contacted. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Bolt Electric for 2 issues--a doorbell and a separate interior light switch that weren't functioning properly. We were offered a quick appointment. Robert, the technician, arrived early (no problem with that!) and quickly diagnosed and solved both problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The price for this good service was very reasonable. We will call Bolt in the future for any needs that might arise. UPDATE--We recently called on Bolt Electric again, this time to fix a motion detector security light that had been misbehaving after some recent thunderstorms. We were offered a quick appointment and Ronnie arrived on time and professionally diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Once again, we were very satisfied with the service and price. That makes twice!!

I used Robert and Bolt Electric to move my electric range outlet closer to the floor to accommodate a new slide-in range. Both scheduling and estimate were quick and easy. We called Robert in a panic after a basement flooding and he came over that day to stabilize the situation and make sure everything was safe. He coordinated seamlessly with our carpenter and had great suggestions for us along the way. Always delivered as promised and when promised. We will definitely call Bolt for any future work.
