What services does Peak Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Inc offer?
We offer a range of services including injury rehabilitation, post‑operative care, sports performance training, balance and vestibular therapy, and chronic pain management, with an emphasis on hands‑on manual therapy and individualized exercise programs.
Do I need a physician referral to start therapy?
Many patients can begin physical therapy without a referral, but requirements vary by insurance and condition. We can help determine whether a referral is needed based on your situation and payer rules.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough evaluation of mobility, strength, pain, and functional goals, followed by a customized treatment plan. Bring any relevant medical records, and be prepared to discuss your medical history and goals so we can tailor care.
Does the clinic accept insurance?
We accept many major insurance plans and will verify benefits prior to your first appointment. If you have specific coverage questions, our staff can review eligibility and explain your out‑of‑pocket responsibilities.
How long are sessions and how many visits will I need?
Typical sessions last 30–60 minutes depending on your plan and needs. The total number of visits varies by condition and progress; your therapist will provide an estimated timeline after the initial evaluation.
Do you provide home exercise programs or telehealth options?
Yes, we design individualized home exercise programs to support clinic care and long‑term recovery. Telehealth availability depends on clinical appropriateness and payer policies; ask our team about virtual visit options.
Can you treat athletes and specialized populations?
We work with athletes, weekend warriors, older adults, and people recovering from surgery or acute injury. Treatment is adapted to each individual's activity goals and functional demands.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the clinic or request an appointment through our office during business hours; new patients will be guided through intake and scheduling. If you have urgent concerns, mention them so we can prioritize timely care.

Peak Rehabilitation has been a wonderful experience for my recovery. I injured my knee and had several steps of physical therapy to go through; 1st round was so as not to lose muscle tone and strength before the results of my MRI - which Jeff and his team of assistants worked very gentle with my knee so as not to put pressure or further damage to it but to keep stability and flexibility to it. I am on second round now after MRI but before surgery to gain strength and keep endurance of muscle tone and once again stability. I have worked with all of the crew at Peak, they are educational and instruct the exercises well. They move quickly but not rushing to get you back to your day and because they also have more patients that will need their assistance. They're full of knowledge of their profession, encouragable and it has been a fun atmosphere each visit. I look forward to the rehabilitation after my surgery with them as well! Thanks guys & gals!
